Terms of Use

1. Description of the Service

Rostered is a hospitality hiring platform that connects employers with front-of-house job seekers via short video profiles.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older. Job seekers must hold a valid Smart Serve certificate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

By uploading a video profile, you grant Rostered a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, transcode, display, and distribute your content within the Rostered service.

5. Payments

Employer subscriptions are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable once active.

6. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.

7. Acceptable Use

No harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, illegal activity, or impersonation. Violations may result in immediate termination.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rostered is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
